Ashley Miers is a Kundalini Yoga Instructor who has had a lifelong passion for fitness and food. She is currently launching her health and
nutrition coaching business, focusing on working with moms, moms-to-be, and women affected by mental health issues. Ashley’s background includes a BA from the
University of Denver where she double majored in psychology (with an emphasis in cognitive neuroscience) and philosophy, and
minored in biology and communication. Ashley also studied nutrition as part of her undergraduate coursework, and she has continued to stay abreast of the latest nutrition research and information. Ashley is informed about implementing self-care practices to support personal well-being and success. She lives in Silver Lake with her husband John, baby boy Isaac, and two cats Indy and Tiger Lily.
